Professional Counselling
For those who wish to understand deeper emotions or patterns, our counsellors offer steady, skilled support. Counselling can help with trauma, shame, grief, anxiety, relationship struggles, or the emotional roots of addiction.
Faith can be gently included if you choose.

We offer safe, confidential support for those who want to understand their addiction and move toward freedom.

Hope & Recovery Groups
for any addiction
Men’s and Women’s Recovery Circles
Family & Partner Support Sessions
A Gentle Recovery Course
covering triggers, shame, relapse cycles, inner wounds, boundaries, and spiritual grounding
Our approach is calm, compassionate, trauma-aware, and rooted in the belief that change is possible.
A Faith-Grounded Recovery Approach While we do not preach, our recovery ethos flows from Christian values of
gentleness, grace, honesty, and hope.
We believe: Recovery requires safety and connection shame loses power when spoken in a safe place healing is a journey, not an event God’s love meets people wherever they are Prayer and spiritual reflection are available only if requested.
