Our counsellors use person centred and integrative approaches

If you are wanting to explore deeper emotions or understand repeating patterns in your life, our qualified counsellors and carefully supervised student counsellors are here to walk alongside you with care and professionalism. Counselling can support healing from trauma, grief, anxiety, shame, relationship struggles, and the emotional roots of addiction.

A peaceful, confidential place where you can share what you’re facing without judgement, pressure, or expectation. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, lonely, or unsure where to turn, our listeners will sit with you and help you feel less alone.

Are a member of the Association of Christians in Counselling and Linked Professions (ACC) Membership Number A403. This means we are listed on their Accredited Register, which is checked and approved by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Being on this register shows that we meet national standards and are committed to providing a safe, high-quality counselling service to everyone we work with.

All our qualified counsellors are members of a recognised professional counselling body that meets PSA standards. Our student counsellors are on placement as part of an approved training course that meets ACC (or equivalent) requirements.
