Personal Bridge is a low-cost, pay-what-you-can counselling service providing online counselling across the UK, with face-to-face counselling available in selected locations.We believe counselling should be accessible to people regardless of their financial circumstances. Our sessions are offered on a £5–£35 pay-what-you-can basis, helping people access support at a cost they can manage.
Personal Bridge is a registered charity supported by a growing team of volunteer qualified and student counsellors from a range of professional and therapeutic backgrounds. Our counsellors work within recognised professional and ethical frameworks, with appropriate supervision and support in place.
Personal Bridge has been supporting people since 2012. Our work has grown and developed over the years, but our aim remains the same: to remove barriers and help people access the support they need. Today, counselling is at the heart of how we do that.
