We are looking to partner with churches who want to make a real difference within their communities by helping provide safe, compassionate, and affordable counselling support locally.

Churches are often at the heart of their communities and are in a unique position to help meet these growing emotional and mental health needs.

Our vision is to work alongside churches that want to make safe, affordable counselling and emotional support more accessible within their local communities.
Every church and community is different, so there is no single model. Together, we can explore what might work locally.

- Offering access to affordable counselling
- Providing space for face-to-face counselling
- Connecting people with online counselling
- Supporting counselling students with placement opportunities
- Developing a local counselling hub
- Creating stronger links between churches, counsellors and community support
- Exploring ways to support people experiencing trauma, isolation or emotional difficulties
Working With Personal Bridge
Churches may choose to partner with Personal Bridge in different ways.
This might be as simple as helping people discover the counselling support already available, providing a suitable room for a counsellor, or exploring the possibility of developing something more locally.
Where appropriate, Personal Bridge can also share experience, guidance and resources with churches interested in developing their own counselling provision.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. We are happy to have a conversation, hear what is already happening within your church and community, and explore what may be possible.
