Sarah (Student Counsellor)
My name is Sarah and I am a student counsellor studying a Level 4 in Therapeutic Counselling. I currently work in Perinatal Mental Health, and my background is in family support, education and inclusion. I follow a person-centred approach, showing kindness and compassion for others through listening and being present in sessions. I genuinely want to hear and get to know more about each person, creating a confidential safe space which is free from judgment.
I truly believe in the importance of self-awareness, through my own ongoing journey of becoming more self-aware in who I am as a person and supporting others to be truly listened to and to become more self-aware, understand how they think, feel and what they need in the present moment.

Nadine (Counsellor)
Hello, I’m Nadine — though you’re welcome to call me Nade. I hold a BSc in Counselling and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Alongside my counselling work, I am also a Patient and Public Involvement Lead for research trials focusing on Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
I work primarily from a person-centred perspective using a pluralistic and integrative approach. I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where people can explore their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, responses, and experiences, while strengthening autonomy, self-understanding, and personal expression.
Although my core approach is person-centred, I also draw upon knowledge of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) where appropriate to best support each individual client’s needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children and friends, swimming, walking my dogs, writing music, and attending live music events.

These experiences shaped my heart for people and gave me a deep understanding of both the challenges of life and the resilience it takes to overcome them.
Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience. I am AuDHD, Dyslexic, Dyscalculia and a parent of three SEN AuDHD, Dyslexia children. This gives me not only empathy and patience, but also a deep respect for difference, individuality, and resilience.

I believe that counselling can be a safe and supportive space where you are truly seen, heard, and accepted, and where healing, growth, and lasting change become possible.
Neil (Counsellor)
Hi, I’m Neil, and I like to work in a kind and considerate way, providing a safe and confidential space to talk. I am trained in using the Waverley Integrative Framework, and this fits well with my person-centred approach.
For leisure I love riding my motorbike and walking in the countryside, seeing, and photographing the lovely and amazing scenery and wildlife. The outlet for creativity adds a zest to life! I believe that all people have unique gifts and should be able to enjoy a life of purpose and freedom. I would love to help you do that.
I currently provide therapy both online and face-to-face. As well as an ever-deepening interest in the person-centred approach to counselling, I am respectfully curious about the significance personality and attachment types may have for individuals and in relationships.

Dee (Student Counsellor)
Hello I’m Dee, a student counsellor who’s always been drawn to supporting people with empathy and compassion.
I’ve gained experience working with individuals and families through my time volunteering with Home-Start, supporting parents in a family residential home, and most recently as a telephone befriender with The Bridge Project. Those roles have strengthened my belief that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgemental space to be heard, and that’s exactly what I hope to offer as a counsellor.
In my spare time I like to spend time with my family, go for walks and watch live music."
