Who We Are
Personal Bridge began in 2013 with a simple but powerful purpose: to help people find hope, healing, and a fresh start. Our mission is to support individuals in becoming emotionally balanced, mentally resilient, physically healthier, and spiritually renewed. We are guided by Christian values that remind us that every person is precious, deeply loved, and created with purpose.
We believe everyone deserves the chance to live free from addiction and to step into the life they were made for. Our heart is to reach those who feel broken, lost, or forgotten, and to walk with them as they rebuild a foundation of stability, dignity, and hope.
Through our community work, we have witnessed remarkable transformations:
• individuals overcoming serious drug, alcohol, and gambling addictions
• people breaking free from crime linked to addiction
• long-term unemployed individuals finding confidence, skills, and meaningful work
• families beginning to heal and reconnect

Carrying Hope in Times of Loss
For more than 26 years, we have journeyed with individuals battling addiction and mental health difficulties—and with the families who love them. We have shared in the grief of parents, partners, children, and friends who have lost someone dear through overdose, suicide, or addiction-related illness. These moments remind us of the preciousness of every life.
Guided by compassion and faith, Personal Bridge is committed to offering hope, healing, and practical support. Through community projects and person-centred care, we work to restore what has been broken and help each person find a path forward. No one should walk this road alone.
